FICO Eataly World is a theme park dedicated to the agri-food sector and gastronomy, one of the largest of its kind in the world, located in the former spaces of the Agri-food Center of Bologna. FICO was born from the passion for the heritage of Italian agri-food biodiversity .

For FICO, safety represents the primary aspect of restarting.
Thanks to our conformation and the width of internal spaces 100,000 square meters and external 20,000 we represent one of the ideal places where the visitor can be completely at ease and access all the services in total safety, both during the experiences and for catering. . Everything has been thought out in order to guarantee distance without arousing artificial sensations.
Hours: from Thursday to Sunday from 11.00 to 23.00

THE EMOTIONS OF TASTE
brand new very engaging paths that touch FICO factories, farms and crops to discover the stories behind the products of the Italian territory and reveal the secrets of traditional dishes. The public can choose between the different routes through the Park.
Itineraries guided by our expert staff; guaranteed departures every hour and max 25 people to guarantee the distancing according to law. Duration 45 minutes.
They run from 11:30 to 18:30 on opening days.

There are cheeses that the whole world envies us. What is the secret of so much goodness? We'll tell you from the beginning: let's start together from the FICO stables, to discover the cattle breeds dedicated to the best milk, up to take on the role of the cheesemaker and understand the knowledge and secrets matured in nine centuries of history.

Giving life to the best Italian raw hams is an art that requires time and processes that have the charm of a ritual. The journey begins from the stables, to discover the finest breeds of pigs, and continues with a sensory itinerary like a true butcher that involves all the senses: looking, smelling, touching and tasting to prepare raw cured meats.

PASTA IN ALL SAUCES
Is it true that every type of pasta wants its own sauce?
In Italy there are about 250 pasta shapes. Where do they come from? How are they formed? And which is the traditional sauce for each one? You will participate in the production processes of semolina pasta, from extrusion to the fascination of drying in a frame, and of dry egg-based pasta, up to grasping the secrets of regional sauces and the best combination at the table.

DULCIS IN FUNDO | Almond in sweets from North to South
A journey from South to North in the sweets of our country. From the artistic creations of Sicilian pastry with the tradition of Martorana fruit we will go up to Abruzzo, where the protagonist is the Sulmona sugared almond with its many flavors and fillings. Then we will continue to Piedmont, one of the best Italian chocolate factories. Greedy and curious?
